The problem

A legacy PLM system so dense that teams worked around it with offline tools.

What I did

  • Rebuilt product creation around how teams actually work.
  • Cut fields, grouped information by context, and rewrote labels in plain language.
  • Designed for handoff between roles, not just data entry.
