The problem

People stuck on estimates, contracts and payments escalated to a small support team. Help was scattered, and nothing guided them at the moment of need.

I designed the new Learning Center pages first, as the foundation for an assistant that could open on any page.

What I did

  • Designed the Learning Center: My learning, All resources, FAQ and course pages.
  • Studied competitor chatbots and Amazon’s existing assistants, and interviewed the team behind one. Then drafted an MVP scope and conversation rules.
  • Used various AI tools across the whole process, from research and organizing to the PRD, wireframes and prototyping.

Outcome

The Learning Center pages were designed and built. The AI assistant, part of the same scope, was in research and planning with PM and engineering when it was paused for a reorg.
