The problem

Requesting time off felt different, and confusing, depending on where in the world you worked.

One feature, two builds: regional regulations split EU and non-EU into separate tracks.

What I did

  • Audited the old flow and ran feedback sessions across Asia and North America.
  • Found the real issue: people didn’t trust their own requests.
  • Rebuilt the request, edit, and history flows from the ground up.
